Please make sure that the symbol/graphic is in the foreground and the text ‘ITTM’ underneath.
Perhaps a symbol with a kind of honeycomb or with the atomic symbols would be feasible?

A honeycomb or atom-based symbol like this example here, but it would have to be adapted to the transformation project:
