T-shirt Design Brief

T-shirt design for our staff of engineers that work on renewable energy.
We run studies on large scale Transmission Lines, Wind Turbines, Hydroelectric Generators, Solar Farms. We would like the T-shirt to use vibrant colors (like shown in the examples).
The back of the shirt will be a large drawing in the style shown.
Front of shirt only has company logo, small, maybe 2" in size.
Right sleeve of shirt needs to have a white American flag.
