Graphic Design Brief

Good morning,
I need a stylized and fairly simple design of an American suburb, seen from above, at night with Halloween decorations.
This is a game with squares.
I would need 5 blocks out of 5 that can be placed next to each other (in each direction), or 25 squares.
On the edge of each square: half a road (allowing any other square to be attached to it, with the same specificity).
25 boxes in total.
4 vertical streets and 4 horizontal streets with houses between each.
12 boxes with 2 houses seen from above (roof, size, color different on the 2 houses in the same block, including 2 with a covered swimming pool and two with a dog kennel).
3 boxes with only one house.
1 box with an ad (alone on a box).
1 square with the police station (alone on the square).
Draw the front door of each house.
or 27 houses in total (24+3).
8 squares without a house (just on one side the road) and a tree or a pumpkin on the square.
You also need some trees (in autumn) and leaves on the roads.
I also need some pumpkins and a Halloween statue.

For the logo I need the word Halloween (in a bit scary mode) red/orange colors on a black background.
