Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Portugal called 'JeMo Portugal'.
The company is a business broker company to match between buyers and sellers of SMB's within the Portugal market.
The logo needs to be with a global flavor as we plan to expand to other countries keeping the same logo while changing the name of the country. (i.e JeMo Portugal, JeMo Canada..)
We want to have a running bull as the main part incorporating the name of the company and the country.
Only if possible to incorporate Moses's staff (from the bible) in the logo too.
The logo needs to represent strength, focus, experience and recognizable in such a way that when people look at it will make them think and have the above coming to mind.
