Can I create the template using PowerPoint, dimensions of the template/ proposal. Apart from red color in the logo can you specify other colors which you would like to include.
Regarding graphics, can I use illustrations instead of stock imagery. Kindly clarify so I can proceed with creating the template.

Yes, you can create however you like or what works best for you to submit a design. Apart from Red (#A8040) our company colors contain black and white. Yes, using illustrations may work as well.
