Logo Design Brief

We need to create a secondary logo that ties back to our main company logo for WaterTied. We are an outfitter in Texas with a retail store. The new logo should be focused on fly fishing, as this is a segment of our business which we are expanding. The logo will be used for marketing, apparel, packaging, website, and will be a decal on our fishing skiff for our guide services. We would like elements of fly rods and flies (fly fishing flies.) The text of the original logo will remain the same with this logo. Just the icon needs to be changed. We would prefer a circular arrangement to match back to the parent logo. We want it to look elevated and not cartoonish. I have included an example of what other brands/stores are doing in this space.
