3D Design Brief

I have a small bedroom which is 3200mm by 3300mm, as can be seen in the plans. It has two sliding doors as shown. The room is approximately 2700mm high.
I want a room which contains a study desk, storage, under bed seating with a couch, stairs up to the bed and indeed anything else which a 13 year old girl will find is super cool for the next five years. I want an exceptionally smart design which is clever, relatively easy to build and which maximises the space.
I like the bedrooms from Homecraft designer (instagram) and these intuitively feel like the right idea.
I'm looking for the design and the sizes of the various items and enough details so I can build the bedroom. I'm happy to go with custom sizes for cabinets etc to maximise space
The house is located near the beach so a coastal theme would be cool but also happy to consider anything else. However it will be my daughter who makes the final decision :-)
You need to design to that space. It needs to be specific to the shape of that room. I need a floor plan and elevations. It needs to be specific enough that I can take the design and build it.
