Postcard Design Brief

I am looking for a card to be created with TWO qr codes on it to hand to customers after they ride in our helicopter for their helicopter tour. We are going to want to say that something along the lines of leave a 5 star review and enter a chance to win a free 30 min helicopter tour for 3 passengers. We will want them to reveiw both google and facebook so we would need a qr code for both.
