T-shirt Design Brief

I'm looking for some t-shirt designs for my martial arts school. Our school is Ultimate Leadership Martial Arts. I've attached our logo to this design prompt.
I'm not entirely sure what I'm looking for, so I'm relying on you artists and your creativity. We're a martial arts school, so use that for inspiration and imagery. We often do black and grey shirts, and I'm looking for something a little different, so go for other colors.
I'd like to shirt to say something like "Disciplined mind, disciplined body"
