I have created a facebook motivational page where i post nutritional/training advice for others in an effort to build up my cliental for future personal training. I will also be creating a web page that will allow me to create apparel and to have better communication with my clients. The main source of clients will be for bodybuilding contest prep. , traditional weight loss, and muscle gain. attached a sample of what i am currently using. Add imagery and colors preferred are black, white, gray, metallic, and for sure Red.
