Web Design Brief

My company will certify those participants who complete the steps necessary for the natural certification. Either urine test will be administered in person at a partner location near the participants home, that test for anabolic steroid use. I'm planning on using the Lapcorp locations, but I can't put their name on my site just yet. I have not made any social media accounts for my business yet, but I will soon. The idea of this certification is to promote steroid free fitness and lifting in all age groups, mainly 14-25 years of age. We see how much impact fitness influencers and social media trainers have on the public, claiming that their gains come from workouts and diet plans. How do we know who is natural if there is absolutely zero certifications out there that test for the use of performance enhancing anabolic steroid use and testosterone replacement drugs? Participants will agree to random ongoing testing that can come anytime throughout the year. If participants refuse to test, their certification will be revoked. They will receive a membership card with their (date of certification), name and date of birth. I will add a QR code on the card which will bring them to a spot on the website that has their name listed with others who have passed the process. I will need help with generating the QR code and how it will link back to the website. Do you think it would be better to have their QR code bring them to their own page and cost associated with that?

Target customers are ideally 14-25 years of age, man or woman and everything in-between that. Anyone of all ages is welcome to become a member.

I would like the home page, FAQ, about us, a testing link that leads to a site where I can test participants with about 5 simple questions and your thoughts on where the members QR code leads them on the website. ideally, when a member pulls out their card to prove they have been tested and passed the certification, the QR code should lead them to a spot (either a single page with their name listed in alphabetical order with other tested participants) or their own page that has their name and picture with the date tested and says something like "tested and passed" or "certified natural".
ANYONE CAN FIND A WAY TO TAKE STEROIDS, NOT EVERYONE CAN HAVE THIS CERTIFICATION.

Certification will consist of a short interview with the owner James Reese, pass the urine steroid test, complete a short test, receive your certification. I would like an area that I can sell T-shirts etc. on the website that has their specific QR code showing they have passed the certification. English only websites.
