Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a Ford dealership in Scarborough, ON, Canada called Heritage Ford. Like most car dealerships, Heritage Ford sells new and used cars and performs car repair & maintenance services and has a body shop. Heritage Ford is one of the oldest Ford dealerships in Toronto and has been in business for over 50 years. It is uniquely located within a residential community and we want the dealership to be more connected to the community than it has in the past. We also want it resonate to more diverse people. The logo should communicate community, trust/ dependability and diversity.

The attached is the original logo of the dealership from over 50 years ago. We would like to make the following changes:
1) Take elements of this logo but add a modern twist (with font, style, etc.) and also integrate the above imagery
2) Remove the eagle
3) Replace lions with gryphons
4) It should just say Heritage Ford (doesn't need to say Sales or Scarborough on there)
