we are an investment firm that lends money to Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) to buy their companies outright from the Founders. We also buy existing loan notes that Owners hold when selling their businesses to their ESOPs. ESOPs are a powerful and proven way for workers to build wealth and retirement security by owning and participating in the success of the company the work for. You can think of Liquidus Partners as the antidote or the alternative to companies being acquired by Private Equity (i.e.3rd party investment funds that acquire companies and want to aggressively cut costs, reduce worker benefits and headcount and sell the business later for a profit) We need a logo and style guide that conveys financial savvy but small business and employee focus.
