Graphic Design Brief

I would like a piece of A2 office artwork, inspired by two things important to me and my business, overlaid with a quote. I have attached some photos and I have the quote I would like. My office is dark, minimalistic and modern in design (photo attached). I would like the artwork to contain some element of colour, but it should not be bright, the quote should be the main element with the photo and further design elements creating a subtle background.

The art will go on the wall behind my office chair and will appear in most of my online business video content, therefore I would like it to be inspiring.

The quote to be used:

"It is not because things are difficult that we do not dare; it is because we do not dare that they are difficult." - Seneca

The property in the attached photograph is one we purchased recently and is an important milestone in my business.

I would also like an aviation reference to feature in the background as this was my career before I started my property business and I'm currently training to be a flying instructor. I have attached some aircraft photos which I have taken and I've attached some other items for inspiration. I am open to how the aviation reference is blended in.
