Logo Design Brief

I need a new logo design for my new Career Coaching Company. The company name is "2B Career Coaching". I prefer a logo with between 2 to 3 colors and I prefer blues, greens, and yellows. I have attached my old company logo so you can get an idea of what my old company's logo looks like. I do NOT want the tagline on the new logo.

I like the idea of having two people figures in design, with maybe one person yellow and the other green. Also, I like when the two people figures are doing a high-five, or holding one hand while the other hands are raised in victory. But, I am open to other ideas/ designs as well.
