Logo Design Brief

Hi,
I need a logo with an world map inside of an outline of a ruby. The ruby shape is in the file. I have also uploaded an example but need a better design. I want the world map to be clear in the Ruby, The map can be superimposed on the Ruby too. I am open to some red color but the map needs to be clear and visible. The logo will be used on my website, email sugnatures, brochures, e-cards, etc.
