Logo Design Brief

We need a professional/classic/long lasting logo design for an established company of 22 years. The company is a stonemason/stone (marble and granite) manufacturing company based in Melbourne, Australia called Moorabbin Marble and Granite. Moorabbin is the name of the suburb. The company imports stone internationally (from all around the world), manufactures it into kitchen benchtops/other domestic uses locally and installs it locally. The company's foundation is dedication, technicality, precision, quality and hard work.

The founder is from Shanghai, China.

We would like a design that is gives perception of long history and trust. We would like a design that includes both a logo and the name only in text e.g. brands such as Rolex, Omega, Patek Phillipe, Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Canada Goose, Moncler. This would allow us to use the name in text only for the shop front and use the logo for other uses such as email signature or uniform logo.
