Logo Design Brief

We need a design for a preschool Carnival event that is a fundraiser for the school. I am thinking I want bright colors, maybe neon incorporated (but still needs to be legible). I want the design to be themed around "our future is bright" so sunglasses, sunshine, etc. This logo will be printed on tshirts, flyers, and signs.
