T-shirt Design Brief

We are a family real estate team, a mother and 2 daughters team. We currently have a logo, it's very basic. We want to do more apparel and merch, but feel people wont be as apt to wear it if it looks like your usual corporate branding.
Open to any fun, creative, suggestions. Although we do still want to be professional, there's still room for fun.

**UPDATE: We're not getting exactly what we're looking for so to make things simple i have attached an image of what we like. This was AI generated so we included notes as to the changes we'd like to see. But we're happy with this being copied with the edits, or something like this. We like the colours, the look of it all.

Large images would go on the back of a sweater or tshirt, but open to a smaller simpler something that could go on the chest of a tshirt.

note: We work north of Toronto, Ontario, Canada so no mountains here. We work primarily out of a small town with many forests, trails, ponds and rolling hills.
