Graphic Design Brief

I need a large (10 x5) road banner announcing the construction of our new medical practice at 2043 Bohicket Road in John's Island. The name of our practice is Access Healthcare and we thought it would be fund to nick name it the "Access Outpost". We'd like the tagline to read - "There's nothing healthy about driving an hour to see your doctor. So we're coming to you." Opening Late 2025 I have attached three logos as we have two other practices (Access Urgent and Access Aesthetics ) that should be present on the bottom of the sign but the main business is Access Healthcare.
