- My original thought was to have a kettle bell filled half way with the theme colors inside representing the blending of fitness, nutrition, lifestyle, mindset but I am open to other expressions of this idea. For instance, abstract shape or shapes that represent the alchemy theme, movement, progress, motion, etc.
