Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a manufacturing company called "Flashpoint Group". We develop industrial spare parts and software for. The logo is predesigned or at least the core inspiration is done, please see the design guideline powerpoint.

The final design should also incorporate the circuit board lines in the design guideslines. The colors in the initial inspiration of "Flashpoint" picture should remain the same.
