Logo Design Brief

Looking for a simple,bold single line colour logo on a single colour background which will be used for website, vehicle, biz card, invoice headed paper and polo shirt for my company branding. You can get ideas from the Tanco and McHale websites, I quite like the Tanco logo and colours and I will be using the Tanco 404EH and McHale 995LM.
I have thought of a conventional bale showing the two parallel strings and behind it the roll of plastic wrap which has some wrap coming from the roll and going to the back of the bale. All viewed from in front and above. But try not to have it looking like toilet paper attached to a square! (which I have managed to do in my rough sketch attached, sorry about that!!)
Look up McHale 995LM or the Tanco 404EH on youtube to get an idea of what actually happens in the wrapping process.

No specific idea on colour but I would like it to be striking. If you really want to add more colour then I dont mind too much.

My company will be wrapping bales for small farms throughout New Zealand.
