Logo Design Brief

The logo is for a new company based in Barcelona called "Tradezabal". It sells everything from tractors and agricultural machinery to wine and consumer products. It also offers international sales and marketing consulting services. The design should convey confidence and energy, the latter understood as passion for the work performed.
I don't want black backgrounds.

Target Market(s)

It's international, the whole world, but I don't want a world map in the logo design. I need it to be subtle.
