Tattoo Design Brief

I want a small grayscale tattoo (3 inches in height) with three main parts.
1) the outline of the African continent
2) An African Elephant
3) some form of pixelation (see attached rose as an example)
I have attached a basic idea of what I want, however its ugly. Too much info, too little art in the design. Can you help?
