Overview of the Project
We are an emerging startup specialising in AI Risk, Governance, and Compliance. With our logo already established (copy attached), which includes graphics and colours, we need to extend this branding across both online and offline materials. The goal is to develop a cohesive and comprehensive corporate style/branding guide that ensures consistency in our visual identity.
Project Goals
The primary objectives of this project are:
- To create a professional and consistent visual identity that resonates with our brand values and mission.
- To develop a detailed branding guide that can be applied across various mediums, both online and offline.
- To ensure all our corporate materials, including stationery, digital platforms and marketing collateral, adhere to the established branding guidelines.
Scope of Work
The project includes the following key elements:
- Typography Design/Guidelines
- Selection of typefaces that enhance readability, appeal, and legibility across different mediums.
- Guidelines on the use of spaces and line lengths to maintain coherence and visual harmony within tools such as Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, etc.
Iconography/Imagery
- Development of a range or system of images, including photos, illustrations, drawings, graphics, and line art that can be used across both online and offline formats.
- Consistent application of iconography and imagery that aligns with our brand identity.
Brand Book Design
- Creation of a comprehensive brand book that outlines all visual identity elements and usage guidelines.
- Application Across Mediums
Corporate Stationery: letterhead, business cards, brochures, - -PowerPoint templates.
- Online Platforms: social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), website, email footer, email blasts, etc.
- Marketing Collateral: promotional materials, advertisements, banners.
Deliverables
- Colour palettes
- Typography guidelines document
- Iconography and imagery assets library.
- Corporate Style Guide/Brand book in digital format
- Templates for corporate stationery, online platforms, and marketing collateral.
Timeline
- The project is expected to be completed quickly, within the next 5-7 days.
