Brochure Design Brief

We need an revised brochure for our 3 main services. I have uploaded our old Brochure for reference. We have 3 main services (Managed IT Services, Business VoIP, Business Internet). Below is some text we would like included in the brochure for each service section. In addition I have attached a "mock up" showing that we want IT Services on top, VoIP in the middle and Internet at the bottom. Please use your design experience to select images that would fit well. I also included an image of the phone we would like to use.
