We are looking for a fresh e-blast design that is in line with company branding (ltcreit.com). Please use the attached logo and include the copy below. We'd like the theme to be March Madness themed without losing the LTC branding. past e-blast examples are attached for visual inspo / reference! I would also like an older person dunking a basketball / playing basketball.
