Logo Design Brief

We are a new cafe opening in Downtown Dallas in a historic post office building (400 North Ervay) - we have done preliminary design work for the logo but it needs a little bit of polish. We also need a secondary logo for the Coffee Cups (something based around the Ampersand or 'B&B') that reflects the look of our parent company Boxwood Hospitality.
