Logo Design Brief

I'm looking for a modern, elegant, and heartfelt logo for my boutique brand, Belle & Lion.

Belle & Lion creates customisable digital invitation templates for family events such as birthdays, baby showers, and other celebrations. The brand also offers photography resources and tips, helping families (especially mums) capture everyday moments beautifully and be part of the memories too.

The brand is inspired by my three children and the balance we all carry in life – beauty, strength, grace, and resilience. It's about celebrating both the big milestones and the small, fleeting moments that often go unnoticed.

I’d love a logo that feels modern yet warm, and minimal but still thoughtful. Avoid an overly corporate or sterile style, and nothing loud, bright or cartoonish.

The website will be used on collateral, a website, Instagram and Etsy.

Because Belle & Lion signifies beauty and strength, the logo needs to be a balance of both too. Not too feminine, even though mums will (likely) be the majority of my customers, and definitely not too masculine.

With colours, nothing too bold or bright. I like neutral colours and pastels.
