Web Design Brief

Please read my capability statement uploaded in the files to get an indepth overview of who we are and what we do.
We are a construction company that is moving away from onsite construction to consultancy and inspection services. We will offer Building Inspections, Estimating Services, Project Management and Construction Management. We will still be working out in the field, however as inspectors and and coordinators only.
I am looking to build a website from scratch. I already have my logo built by design crowd previously and wish to remove the company slogan "Constructions & Developments".
Background: Almaddis Pty Ltd is in the process of shutting down and re-registering as Almaddis Australia Pty Ltd. It will however retain all the original logos.

I also do like to write all my emails in Roboto-Light font and open to suggestions on it's usage.
I currently host with Australian Websites and they use Wordpress 5.0

Must have

• Must have the ability for monthly updates, photo uploads and industry tips I can share. A page dedicated to tips and understanding of what sets us apart from the competitors (this will require lots of input from me).

Nice to have

• I personally like pages like https://apex.crafthemes-demo.com/# which have a background image and the foreground scrolling past. Open to suggestions here. A website that sets me apart of Brisbane rivals
