Just FYI to all designers~

The text "ELSA Fish Co." does NOT need to be inside of the Tilapia icon/emblem. I think it would look cleaner if it was under or to the right of the icon (email signature would have the text on the right). For all other uses, the best placement for the text is under the icon.

Just a quick update as I am seeing a lot of similar Tilapia designs.

While realism is great, I think a bit more of an abstract emblem/icon for the Tilapia itself would lend to more creative fonts for "ELSA Fish Co." Not required but something we'd like to see a bit more of. A lot of embossed icons were submitted (looks very Chat GPT). If given a choice, I think we'd like to go in the other direction with a flatter, non-3D icon.

Just wanted to see if any designers can work with this, thank you!

UPDATE (3/31/2025)

We have selected 3 designs from all current submissions. We'd like to explore logos WITHOUT fish/tilapia icons used (although abstract can be explored). Thank you in advance!

We are a seafood exporter based in central America. We are looking for a modern, minimalistic logo. Incorporating symbolism into the logo would be a major plus.

We have no preference when it comes to the logo itself. Emblem not required but would potentially add value.

No color preference but we do lean towards pastel or slightly muted colors. Reserved over flashy.
