Logo Design Brief

I am a commercial real estate broker and I specialize in industrial. I help companies buy, sell and lease industrial real estate (distribution buildings, manufacturing buildings, etc.).

My competitors are: CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Newmark, Stream Realty, & JLL.

I want the design to look really sharp and professional.

I really do not like cheesy icons/graphics but I am okay with graphics if they are custom and look super sharp and go with the text well. I don't want them to overpower the text, only compliment it.

I am open to all color combinations but prefer timeless, classy, and bold colors.

I like fonts that are more modern and also easy to read. Typically Sans Serif, but I'm open.

My business name is "Industrial Tenant Group". However, I might abbreviate it at times with "I.T.G".
