Logo Design Brief

My boss needs a logo to put on some hoodies to hand out to guests at his summer home. He wants the logo to be a "Y" for his last name. But also include two other lines in the logo.
1: "Southampton, NY" OR "The Hamptons"
2: "Summer 2025"

It should have some kind of beach / summer vibe. Colors can be blue / yellow, but a bit flexible here. Nothing corporate looking/businessy...looking for a beachy vibe with maybe some elements of sun/sand/ocean?

It will be printed on a white background.
