Thank you all for your many submissions and your creative energy.
We truly appreciate the time, effort and heart you’ve invested in this project.

Since many of the designs are visually heading in similar directions, we would like to clearly outline what we are looking for – and what we are not.

What we are looking for – please read carefully:

We want a symbolic, reduced logo that fits a business context.
It should not be playful or emotionally overloaded, but rather clear, calm and meaningful.

The circle is the central element.
It represents our work – transformation, clarity and inner leadership.
A brushstroke-style circle – organic, imperfect, alive – reflects exactly what we’re looking for.

But the circle alone is not enough.
There must be a movement that leads into the circle.
A line, a path, a gesture – something that creates a pulling effect, a magnetic invitation.
The feeling should be: “I want to go through that.”

The horse is not the centre.
It is the key, not the gate.
It may be present – but it should be subtle and not dominant.

One visual we love:
A horse seen from behind, turning its head gently back.
A quiet invitation to begin the journey.

Colours: Midnight blue and gold – elegant, powerful, clear.
Typography: The symbol must be able to stand on its own.
“LeadSense Academy” may appear beside or below – but should not be embedded in the icon.

In summary:

We are not looking for decoration.
We are looking for a powerful, minimal symbol with depth.
A logo that speaks softly, but leads clearly.
It should suggest the journey – not explain the destination.
It must evoke transformation – not illustrate it.
Business-appropriate, reduced, and radiating presence.

General Logo Briefing – Please Read Carefully
Dear Designers,
First of all, thank you so much for your efforts and creativity. We truly appreciate the time and attention you’ve put into your designs so far.
To bring even more clarity to our vision, here is a refined and focused briefing with both visual and energetic guidance – including two reference photos of the horse:
Reference photo links:
– Photo 1 shows the horse from behind – important for the line and body posture
– Photo 2 is a similar angle – but here the facial expression is key: calm, grounded, gently inviting
"Please see the two new reference images we’ve just uploaded to the project brief. They show the gesture and emotional presence we are aiming for."

Core Visual Idea: Reduction, Depth and Brushstroke Character
The logo should feel as if it were painted with a few intentional, expressive brushstrokes – powerful, soft, organic, and emotionally resonant.
Not technical. Not geometric. But alive – as if it emerged in the moment.
– The circle represents our work: transformation, inner process, and the invitation to evolve
– It should be intentionally imperfect, with a small opening – like a gateway
– The stroke should be irregular, with white spaces, texture and lightness – not a flat golden ring

The Path – Invitation and Magnetic Pull
Within (or leading into) the circle, there should be a soft, flowing path – a gesture that suggests movement into the center.
This path stands for the inner transformation process.
Important details: – It should create a pulling effect, like a gentle vortex – the viewer should feel drawn in
– The center of the circle should not contain a graphic “goal”, but may suggest a soft light, an opening, a sense of inner arrival
– It’s about clarity, development, and inner guidance – all expressed in a business-appropriate and minimalist style

The Horse – A Guide, Not the Center
The horse is our key – but not the focus of the logo. It is the invitation, the guide, the energetic opener – not the destination.
– It should be integrated subtly within the circle, not placed beside or above it
– Ideally, it’s shown from behind, gently turning its head – an abstract, quiet gesture of invitation
– It can be heavily simplified – possibly just a silhouette or suggested through a soft brushstroke
– It’s not about showing a horse – it’s about evoking the energy of presence, trust and inner movement

Colors and Typography
– Color palette: Midnight blue (background) and gold (brushstroke and accents)
– The logo symbol should stand on its own, with the text “LeadSense Academy” clearly separated
– Typography should be clean, professional and elegant – no decorative or playful fonts

Essence in one sentence:
A deliberately imperfect, living circle with the character of a brushstroke, a path leading inward, and a horse quietly inviting – a logo that merges business clarity with emotional depth and transformation.
