Dear Contest Holder,
Kindly have a look at my first draft, entry #35150211.

Could you please clarify the third point: "to curve off at about a 120-degree angle, and then have the blade emerge from the outer part of that slant"? I'm having a bit of difficulty visualizing it.

Also, please let me know if you would like to see any further changes or improvements to my initial design.

Thank you!

So, imagine I take a piece of metal, and I bend it so that it's at a 120 degree angle. And then imagine the blade of the scythe is coming out of the upper half of the piece of metal I just bent. Does that help at all?

Greetings, I hope you're okay. I don't quite understand this part: I'd like the other end of the weapon, where the blade is attached, to curve off at about a 120-degree angle, and then have the blade emerge from the outer part of that slant. What's the name of the book, or are you just looking to improve the illustration? Can you give me more time? Thanks.

So, imagine someone is holding the scythe, and they grab the end where the blade is, and they bend it backwards so it's at an angle. Does that help? And yes, you can have more time! :)

Also, the book is titled "Blackwells Requiem". The subtitle is "Reaping the Mothers Trail".

I want to thank every single participant here! I am so blown away by these designs and how they're bringing my vision to life! You're all so talented! I will be extending the project, so you have time for edits! Again, thank you so much!

i have updated the project brief. I've gotten a few questions about the 120 degree angle of the scythe, and realized it would be best if I upload a picture of an example. So I've done exactly that. Please have a look at the second image I've uploaded in the project brief. It should be of just a scythe. You'll be able to see how I envisioned the top of the weapon. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions. Thank you!
