Tattoo Design Brief

I want a tattoo on my left arm- a full arm sleeve.
It needs to have a meaning and I'm not sure I'll describe well what I want but here it goes:
- born in 1984 so maybe 1984 in Roman numerals
- loyalty- either writing or a symbol of loyalty
- karma symbol
- symbol of unconditional love
- quote: forgive others not because they deserve forgiveness but because you deserve peace
- picture of the eyes of my cat Kala (picture attached)
- Balinese flowers (attached)
- I want the tattoo to sort of tell a story.. Despite all the obstacles, I've always viewed my life very positively.. I love unconditionally and always believe in the best outcome.. Not sure this helps at all 😀... Last thing- I want the tattoo to look soft.. Feminine..
