Can the deadline be extended please?

I need a Tri-fold brochure to be mailed the size of the brochure should be 16 inches long by 8.5 inches tall high gloss finish thick paper
use a solid black background the letters should be white in color and when using borders please use red color
first page to say:
BEAT BLACKOUTS SAVE MONEY
You may qualify for a free battery system.
( include a design of the utility grid , solar panels ,battery ,money sign savings just like the PDF File show it )
