T-shirt Design Brief

I am a dog breeder and I designed my logo a few years ago and would like it cleaned up and put on a t-shirt that I can wear when I have customers visit and to do my YouTube videos. I like the design I did, I just need it better.
The design around the heart is vines with leaves and my favorite color is sage green which is what color I would like the t-shirt to be.
Also, I am open to wearing a smock instead of a t-shirt.
