T-shirt Design Brief

We need a tour shirt for our company. We want to represent each state that we hold an event for (Georgia, Arkansas, Alabama, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Mississippi, Kentucky) that overlays on each other and has the state name as well as a hand drawn style duck in each stamp.

We want to use similar colors as the 2nd image and create a distressed feel. The shirt will be on a light blue color
