Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my post-secondary online training certification program in education with a focus on behaviour. I need a logo that is not too complicated as it needs to work with websites, apps, paperwork, and clothing. The word VISTA is capitalized and is an acronym for Vision, Inclusion, Support, Training, and Achievement. A vista is also a panoramic view of something. We are located on the west coast with oceans and mountains which can be incorporated if it works along with something academic (not a schoolhouse as we are fully online).
