Tattoo Design Brief

Looking for a background around the chest tattoo all the way up to collarbone and around pec and then filling the bicep down to forearm as well. Intricate background tattoo perhaps involving mountains waves fire sun or something like that open to ideas. I am also a fan of japanese style tattoos. One idea could be the waves and mountains in a japanese style background tattoo.
