Logo Design Brief

1994's Aid and Solidarity Association. In the circular logo, I want the crescent star on the Turkish flag to be slightly horizontal and the Military Academy Atatürk Bust to rise between it, the word 1994 written between two stars with peace leaves on both sides on the top of the circle, and the association name on the bottom, I want the crescent star to shine for a shiny appearance. I added a similar work photo from the previous periods, of course it should look different from that and it is a bit darker, I want a brighter and more luminous work. Will be in Turkish.
