Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our new scientific project "BiodiveCITY" (Wageningen University, The Netherlands). BiodiveCITY investigates the impact of urban greening (i.e. city parks) on mosquitoes in cities across the Netherlands, France, Spain and Morocco. We would like to see designs that use (among other colors) the color green, and that depict a mosquito as well as a clearly recognisable urban element. Potentially, there can also be an element of water (abstract) in blue.

Update: For the urban component, we prefer to also see "normal" house-like buildings (instead of the "Metropolitan" city with high buildings only). Also, we would like to see a natural, green element in the logo, like trees or leaves.

For the blue and green colours, ideally use the same colours as the logo attached to this project (with either 1 or 2 types of green, depending on how it fits the logo design). Note that using other colours than green or blue also remains a good option, depending on what fits the specific design.
