Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company that is based in Aledo, TX called "adaptivSpaces". We supply commercial furnishings for office spaces, senior living communities, K-12 and Higher education, and most other shared spaces. We would like to incorporate the colors Deep Blue #1C4D84, Charcoal Gray #333333, Off-White : #F7F7F7. We aren't tied to these colors but we want colors that resonate with our theme "Innovative Solutions for Modern, shared spaces. It needs to be created in a Vector file and .EPS and we would like to use Sand Serif fonts for a modern feel. The symbol on the attached concept logo is supposed to replicate a floor plan. It's not required, we are always open to creative ideas!
