Hi All, a number of designs are coming in that align with what our competitors have in their logos mainly being blue, have a washing machine in the design and have a masculine feel. We want to move away from this and be different.
In the brief we have outlined the feel of our physical premises with colour indicators. Please make sure you read the brief prior to creating your designs.

We have been reviewing the designs, feedback on the designs and what has appealed to us are:
The logos that appeal to us the most are ones that have read the brief, appear to be modern, simple, soft, yet communicates it is a laundromat in a somewhat feminine way (without being too feminine) and have more of a day spa feel.

Hi All,
We received a variety of logo directions from participants and have narrowed down a direction. We have uploaded a design to the site for your review. If you would like to review and revise any of your designs to improve or better the design we have uploaded we would very much welcome this.

We are open to alternative colours that work with the green colour of the logo, including black, burgundy, blue. We are also open to alternative icon in the logo, ie it can be an alternative picture to a tub of soapy water.
We have narrowed down the feel and inspiration of the premises a bit more. Think of an Australian gum tree after a rain storm, to capture the crisp freshness of the Australian bush. More the greens, greys, browns, with pop of colour for the gum tree flowers (i.e. the subtle burgundy). We are after a relaxing feel, similar to what you would feel in a day spa.
