Logo Design Brief

I have 2 complimentary businesses and i want to feature them both on a marketing poster. One is a surgical practice named Peak Surgical and Wound Care and the other is a medical spa called Peak Skin and wellness center ... so both have the same initials.... I would like to create a logo that features either the initials of PSWC and highlights both sides of the business OR uses the parent coporation (Caraid Corporation - Caraid means twin in Gaelic) - to feature both arms of the business
