Web Design Brief

I am looking to create a website with 3-4 pages for Telos Capital Management, a private investment holding company. We already have a logo created via DesignCrowd and would like to incorporate the same dark navy blue color scheme as well as white and potentially other colors including variants of blue, black, and white. We are looking for a conservative, polished design befitting a financial services firm. Our focus as a firm is on identifying opportunities in the overlooked - seeing opportunity where institutional investment is lacking. We are focused on building value for the long-term. We will provide virtually all of the text content but need assistance in setting up the layout, font, design, theme, graphics, etc. The initial three pages will be: Home Page / About Us, "Team", and "Portfolio". Right now, we do not have any portfolio companies but will likely have one within the next several months. The main content page will be the home page. The Team and Portfolio pages will be abbreviated. This website will be expository and is not primarily focused on lead generation or sales.

Ideally, we can incorporate some form of animations / transitions for titles and text sections and stock images (or ideally looped videos) of major city skylines in the U.S. , Latin America, and Europe as those regions are our core investment geographies.
