Logo Design Brief

This is a new brand of staffing service in the nursing health care industry. Our company trains CNA's, provides training and on the job support and helps to employ nurses at other care facilities. Our nurses are high quality, professional, caring individuals.  We want a icon that is not a letter.  Something softer and friendlier, not corporate looking, but still looking professional. We are open to color palettes, but blues would tie to our house brand.
