Logo Design Brief

I provide workforce solutions through labour hire in the general construction, civil construction, and renewable energy sectors including projects like battery energy storage systems (BESS), substations, wind farms, and solar farms.
Since the industry can vary based on demand and may evolve over time, I’d prefer to avoid specific imagery like wind turbines or excavators (or similar equipment) related to civil construction in the logo.
Creating a logo is both simple and challenging in this matter—It can be a unique shape that doesn’t directly relate to my work or industry. It can be any shape, size, or made-up design without inherent meaning. Alternatively, shape like a Rubik’s Cube (rather than a random form) would also be acceptable.
You can incorporate my business name, Folton, into the logo if it complements the design.
Overall, I’m open to a random, imaginative logo, but if it has a meaning or a shape I can explain (e.g., what it represents or what it is rather than unkknown shape), that would be a acceptable as well
Attached are two logos I like to some extent, though they aren’t quite right yet.
Edited: I would rather not want attached logos to be changed and sent again. Uploaded them just as a guidance of showing that logos can be whatever shape and form.
